Event: After the SDG Summit - Ambitious start into the next seven years of Agenda 2030?!

On September 18 and 19, 2023, the SDG Summit will take place in New York at the midpoint of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The heads of state and government will have to draw a sobering balance there, because the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals is in a poor state. If the pace remains the same, the global community will only be able to achieve 15 percent of the 169 subgoals by 2030. Will the SDG Summit succeed in turning the tide and starting the second half of the implementation of the 2030 Agenda with renewed momentum? Can the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals still succeed at all? And what needs to be done for this in Germany and worldwide?
