SDG Indicators for Municipalities - 3rd Edition

Cities, counties and municipalities are also contributing to achieving the 2030 Agenda and aligning their development with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. To help municipalities measure their progress, the Bertelsmann Stiftung and seven partners have developed SDG indicators for municipalities. The third edition of this indicator catalog was published on July 5. It contains a total of 118 indicators for all 17 SDGs. Municipalities can use the modular principle to select those indicators that are particularly relevant to their development priorities. Overall, the indicator catalog is intended to contribute to the most impact-oriented sustainability management possible on the ground.
