"Our Common Agenda: New policy briefs from the UN Secretary-General

In preparation for the 2024 UN Summit on the Future, UN Secretary-General António Guterres has now published two policy briefs with action-oriented recommendations that build on the proposals in his report Our Common Agenda, which itself was a response to the Declaration on the Seventy-Fifth Anniversary of the United Nations (General Assembly Resolution 75/1).

The policy briefs provide practical suggestions for fulfilling the long-standing commitment to meet the needs of the present in ways that safeguard the interests of future generations and preserve their ability to exercise all human rights effectively.
