Now online: Knowledge for SDGs talks

Between April and June 2022, the European Commission's Directorate General for Research and Innovation hosted a series of workshops on "Knowledge for SDGs." Six sessions addressed critical sustainability issues such as international spillover effects, intergenerational equity, economic sustainability and doughnut economics, inequalities and lifestyles, the Earth system, and social tipping points. 75 speakers and panelists from academia, policy, and other sectors shared their insights and experiences. The workshops were part of a large-scale effort to raise awareness of sustainability issues in the EU institutions, with nearly 1,000 Commission officials participating.

Recordings of the event series are now available to the public on the EC Streaming Service platform .
