Global Goals Yearbook 2022 published - The future is VUCA

"The future is "VUCA" - volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous" with this statement begins this year's edition of the Global Goals Yearbook. Published under the auspices of the Macondo Foundation, the yearbook is dedicated to supporting the 17 SDGs and promoting corporate sustainability globally. This year, the Global Goals Yearbook explores how globalization can be recalibrated and sustainably aligned in the face of Covid-19, wars, inflation, and other crises.

What comes next? What should the next trading system look like? And what happens to the UN Sustainable Development Goals? These are just some of the questions that experts from business and international and non-profit organizations will try to answer. The main focus will be on globalization, environmental social governance (ESG) and responsibility in supply chains. In addition, as in previous years, there will be best practice examples from companies and impressive reports dealing with precarious working conditions, labor migration and decent pay.
