The indicator shows the proportion of women in management positions in the federal public service. In the gender equality statistics, management personnel have so far included those persons entrusted with supervisory and managerial duties in the departments.

According to the draft of the Second Management Positions Act adopted by the cabinet on January 6, 2021, the equal participation of women and men in management positions in the public sector is to be achieved by 2025.

The baseline is from 2008.
