2030Watch proposes an extended list of indicators. This extended indicator list includes the 3 official indicators and adds 3 indicators to thematically broaden the debate on SDG 17, thus putting a focus on the quality instead of the quantity of German development cooperation. From this supplementary set of indicators, progress is calculated at 86.3 percent.
